Our Code of Conduct

At Parents for Peace, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone we work with — families, community partners, staff, and volunteers.

We believe our mission can only succeed when all interactions reflect compassion, integrity, and respect.

Our Commitments

Respect & Inclusion: We treat every person with dignity, free from discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or background.

Safety & Wellbeing: We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, intimidation, or any form of violence.

Integrity & Responsibility: We are accountable in our words and actions, both online and offline, and uphold the highest standards of honesty and confidentiality.

Professionalism: We engage with families, partners, and the public with care, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Bystander Awareness: We encourage all members of our community to speak up, step away, or report if they witness conduct that undermines these standards.

Why It Matters

Parents for Peace is built on trust. Families reach out to us during their most vulnerable moments. Maintaining that trust requires every member of our team and community to uphold these standards of conduct.

If you ever have any concerns, please contact our Executive Director at myrieme@parents4peace.org. We take all concerns seriously and handle them with discretion and care.
